Harley Bagger Audio & AMS Pods

Building Harley sound systems since 2003. Over twenty years and a thousand videos.

This is the work we are known for, and it is the reason our YouTube channel looks the way it does. Road King, Street Glide, Road Glide — we have been building them since 2003.

AMS Pods are our own custom speaker pods, mounted on the front crash bar and engineered to stay clear at highway speed, where most bike audio disappears into wind noise. Available in custom finishes.

The craftsmanship is the point. We back-drill with our own concave pattern. Speakers mount inverted inside the saddlebags so the wire connections sit on the bottom, protected from weather and road spray. Spacers are carpeted in-house. Every wire connection is soldered, not crimped. And we build in our own AMS quick disconnects, so you can pull a saddlebag off in seconds without fighting the wiring.

On Road Glide and Street Glide amplifier builds, the amp mounts inside the fairing, which means the gas tank comes off professionally and the main harness gets disconnected and reconnected properly. All wiring soldered, tucked and loomed.

Speakers: Hertz Audio is our primary line for bikes — an Italian brand, waterproof, loud, and the most trusted name in motorcycle audio. We have also built with Phoenix Gold, Stinger amplification, Hertz horn tweeters, and ARC Audio Moto.

A full bagger build takes up to ten business days. It is a real build, not an afternoon.
