When you ask for a quote, whatever you type in: your name, phone number, email, and details about your vehicle. That is it. We do not ask for your address, your date of birth, or your licence.
Automatically, when you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, and how you got here — from cookies and from Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
We do not take payments on this website, so we never see your card.
Directly from you — a form, a text, a phone call, or standing at the counter. And automatically from your browser. We do not buy lists.
To answer your quote, book your vehicle in, order parts for your job, and follow up about work we have done. The analytics tell us which pages people actually read so we can fix the ones they do not.
Quote requests that never became a job: about 24 months. Customer and job records: seven years, because tax rules require it. Analytics data: about 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
The companies that run our tools, and only so they can run them: our website host, our email provider, and Google (Tag Manager and Analytics). If your job needs a part we do not stock, the supplier sees what they need to ship it to us. That is the whole list.
We have never sold or rented customer information and we do not plan to. No data brokers, no lead resellers.
This site uses cookies and Google Tag Manager. Google may collect information about your activity over time and across other websites. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s own browser add-on. The site still works if you do.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is still no agreed standard for what a website should do with it, so this site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply otherwise.

We are a small shop and we do not believe we meet the thresholds that make California’s privacy law formally apply to us. We honour these requests anyway.
If you give us your number, we use it to answer your quote and talk about your vehicle. Standard message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting. Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of buying anything.
This site is for adults arranging work on a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
If we change something that matters, we update the date at the top of this page and post the new version here before it takes effect. We review this page at least once a year.
