La Mirada riding is the 5 and the 91 for distance and quiet tract streets for everything else, with mature trees over most of the residential roads. It is a comfortable place to keep a bike and an ordinary place to ride from — which is worth saying plainly, because a lot of bagger marketing assumes everybody is heading for a canyon every weekend.
