Crenshaw is a riding street as much as a driving one, and the bagger culture along it is long-standing and visible. That produces a particular requirement: a bike here gets heard at a stoplight and at speed on the 110, and both matter. The 110 south through the harbour is narrow, walled and loud — one of the least forgiving freeways in the county for a stock fairing speaker — while Crenshaw at twenty-five is where the bike actually gets appreciated by anyone standing on the sidewalk.
